Return Policy

Our return policy is effective for 30 days upon receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, and be sent back within the aforementioned time-frame. Please send an email to support@vectorlights.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return to start the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, our system will send out an email notification with your refund details. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few business days.
